In this role, you'll leverage your engineering expertise to scope, execute, and deliver high-impact capital projects-up to $10M in value-that give us a competitive edge. From initial design to seamless installation across multiple sites, you'll manage every detail, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What are we looking for?
Minimum:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines
  • 2+ year engineering capital project management experience in closely related industry
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Travel 20-50% (determined by project cycle, complexity, and need)
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams.
  • Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills.

Preferred:
  • Master's Degree in technical field
  • 5+ years in project management
  • Prior experience managing others
  • Oversight and drive large capital projects

  • Be the go-to expert for all engineering aspects of your projects, coordinating resources and managing timelines to keep everything on track.
  • Actively contribute as a vital member of the Engineering team and extended project groups, sharing insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
