Salesforce Developer/Admin with P&C experience at myIT.com. Location: Jacksonville, FL. Job Title: Salesforce Developer/Admin. Onsite: 5 days/week. Duration: 6+ months. Experience level: 9 to 12+ years.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer or Admin with expertise in reporting and a strong background in the Property & Casualty (Client) insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, development, and building reporting solutions that align with Client business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure Salesforce, including user management and custom object creation.
  • Develop and maintain custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Create and manage complex Salesforce reports and dashboards using tools like Einstein Analytics and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with business teams to align Salesforce solutions with Client workflows.
  • Optimize system performance and provide ongoing user support.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer, with a focus on reporting and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and analytics tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Property & Casualty insurance industry, including key processes, workflows, and terminology.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting tools (Einstein Analytics, Tableau) and third-party reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in Property and Casualty (Client) insurance domain is preferable.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II.
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, including those commonly used in the Client industry.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Experience in working with cloud-based insurance solutions or software.
