Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented EMR Specialist to join our EHR Team. This role is responsible for reporting, workflow analysis, training, troubleshooting, and supporting Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems across the organization.

The ideal EMR Specialist candidate will have strong analytical and reporting skills, experience with eClinicalWorks, and the ability to effectively train and support both clinical and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and compile financial and clinical reports from the EHR system for the COO, shareholders, office administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend best-practice improvements for care centers and offices.
- Develop and deliver training materials through onsite visits, group seminars, one-on-one sessions, and web-based training.
- Assist with MIPS workflows, tracking, reporting, and submission processes.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day EHR/EMR issues and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
- Provide PM and clinical EHR support for over 400 staff members and providers.
- Collaborate with providers and office staff to improve system efficiency and operational performance.
- Support reporting and analytics initiatives related to revenue cycle management and billing processes.
Qualifications
- Associate degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of EHR support experience in implementation, helpdesk support, or as a super/power user.
- Minimum of 2 years of eClinicalWorks experience strongly preferred, especially in Practice Management and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience with Crystal Reports, Cognos, or SQL reporting preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle management.
- Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must reside locally and be able to work from the corporate office in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
- Ability to travel occasionally to offices throughout Florida.
- Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend support as needed.

Physical Demands
The employee is frequently required to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer; use hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and operating office equipment; and communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through virtual platforms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move up to 15 pounds. The employee must be able to travel to various office locations throughout Florida, including occasional overnight travel if needed. The work environment is typically fast-paced and may involve frequent interruptions and multitasking requirements, with standard office noise levels including ringing phones, office equipment, and conversations among colleagues.
