Job description

This is a full-time, onsite position requiring strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

  • Gather business requirements and document workflows, user stories, and system enhancements.

  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and communicate status updates.

  • Develop and maintain user documentation, provide end-user training, and support help desk activities.

  • Collaborate with IT teams, clinical staff, and business stakeholders to improve system performance.

  • Support configuration and maintenance of EMR functionality.

  • Document support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.

  • Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Analyst-level experience supporting eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business application analysis, EMR administration, healthcare IT, project management, or a related field.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.

  • Healthcare or medical office experience is preferred.

  • End-user training experience is a plus.
