Job description

Position Summary:

The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of our home health operations. This includes supervising nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing quality assurance, and coordinating patient care. Experience with Alora Plus EMR and in-depth knowledge of home health care regulations are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day clinical operations in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and Ohio state home health regulations.

Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, therapists, and HHAs.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation in Alora Plus EMR.

Manage QAPI program, clinical audits, and survey readiness.

Oversee patient care coordination and staff scheduling.

Train and evaluate clinical staff; address performance and compliance issues.

Serve as liaison between patients, families, and staff for clinical matters.

Experience with CHAP or ACHC accreditation.
