As an Employee Health RN, you'll serve as a clinical partner to Human Resources, Recruitment, Infection Prevention, and operational leaders across LCMC Health. Based at University Medical Center, this corporate role supports employees throughout the LCMC Health system, helping ensure our workforce remains healthy, safe, and ready to deliver exceptional care.

This is a unique opportunity to step beyond traditional bedside nursing and influence the employee experience from hire through retirement.

Influence hiring, onboarding, and workforce readiness across the health system

From pre-employment clearances and immunizations to exposure management and workforce wellness initiatives, your work directly supports the thousands of caregivers who care for our communities every day.

You'll help ensure employees are safe, protected, and ready to succeed while serving as a trusted clinical resource for leaders throughout the organization.
