NOW HIRING: HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

  • Location:ย Tucson, AZย (Pima County)
  • Start:ย ASAP (or within 2 weeks)
  • Schedule:ย Mondayโ€“Friday | 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM
  • Contract:ย 13 weeks (high likelihood of extension)
  • On-Call:ย Every 6 Weeks Rotation (subject to change based on branch needs)
  • Productivity:ย 25-30 Units Per Week

Compensation:

  • Earn up toย $114,500/year + Mileageย + Full benefits
  • Weekly Pay (Direct Deposit Every Friday)

  • Performย comprehensive patient assessmentsย and determine eligibility for services
  • Develop and implementย personalized plans of care
  • Deliverย skilled nursing careย with autonomy and confidence
  • Complete accurate documentation usingย OASIS & HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Be theย trusted, consistent presenceย patients and families rely on

WHAT WEโ€™RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years Home Health RN experienceย (multiple daily visits required)
  • Strongย OASIS & HCHB proficiency โ€“ REQUIRED
  • Activeย Arizona RN License or Compact License

Additional Skills Needed:

  • Wound Careย (highly preferred)
  • IV's & Lab Draw Experience
