About the Position...

The Employee Experience Partner is responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle—from offer acceptance through offboarding. This role serves as the primary owner of onboarding, employee engagement, performance support, and culture-building initiatives while providing operational support across HR systems and employee records. The Employee Experience Partner partners closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, managers, and leadership to ensure employees feel welcomed, connected, supported, and empowered to perform at their best. This role combines strong organizational and administrative skills with creativity, empathy, and a passion for building an outstanding workplace culture.

About You...
You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment. You also have the following:

Education/Certification: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent preferred. 

Required Knowledge:

  • Experience managing onboarding and employee lifecycle programs.
  • Experience administering HRIS platforms and maintaining employee records.

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Experience in a regulated industry such as banking, financial services, healthcare, or insurance.
  • Experience administering employee engagement surveys and recognition programs.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems.

Experience Required: 

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition Coordination, or People Operations.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology systems
