Job description

What We Need

CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Senior Employee Experience Partner within our Human Resource division. This position falls under our Corporate Overhead line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture across the region of US and Canada. This position involves strategic partnership, high-level collaboration, and expert management of HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with both regional and organizational goals. The role requires a seasoned professional who can drive complex HR projects, provide advanced guidance, and lead strategic efforts to elevate the employee experience. You will report directly to the Employee Experience Director and regularly collaborate with teams and other departments.

 

How We Work

As a Senior EEP, you will be expected to work in an office environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Norcross, GA at our Peachtree office.
  • Company-issued equipment + remote access

 

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Regional HR Support

  • Act as the primary senior HR contact for the US and Canada, addressing complex inquiries and providing high-level localized support tailored to specific business needs and regional regulations.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to regional leaders, offering advanced HR support and solutions that align with overarching business objectives.

HR Partnership and Collaboration

  • Partner with Strategic Partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure high-impact collaboration and alignment with business initiatives.
  • Engage with senior leadership to drive HR strategies that support regional and corporate goals, facilitating successful execution and outcome.
  • Deliver expert support across a broad range of HR functions, including performance management, disciplinary actions, training and development, change management, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
  • Lead policy reviews and updates, ensuring comprehensive compliance with legal standards and industry benchmarks, and adapting policies to evolving needs.

Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Reporting and analysis of absence and attrition trends, using insights to identify critical areas for improvement and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Ability to develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting tools to track workforce trends, key metrics, and organizational risks.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization, and large-data analysis, to deliver accurate and actionable reporting.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management, influencing strategic decisions and organizational priorities.

Expert Employee Relations Management

  • Provide expert guidance and strategic oversight on complex Employee Relations cases, ensuring fair resolution and adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct and manage high-level mediation sessions to resolve intricate workplace conflicts and maintain a positive organizational climate
  • Oversee the ER case tracker, ensuring meticulous documentation and strategic management of case resolution.

Strategic Acquisition and Integration

  • Direct acquisition and integration processes, leading initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with strategic organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement integration strategies that facilitate effective assimilation and support organizational objectives.

HR Project Management

  • Spearhead major HR projects and strategic initiatives, driving forward key objectives and enhancing the overall employee experience.
  • Provide senior-level oversight and project management to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and alignment with business priorities.

Talent Management Support

  • Support and guide leaders through succession planning activities and 6-box talent reviews, ensuring alignment with long-term workforce goals and leadership development.
  • Analyze and assess workforce composition to support data-driven workforce planning decisions.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Undertake additional high-level responsibilities as assigned to support the HR function and advance organizational goals.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to the HR team and broader organization, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6 + years of HR Generalist, Operations, or Advisory experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • HR Certification like PHR, SHRM-CP
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills and experience - planning and organizing multiple activities/projects to ensure that deadlines are achieved
  • HRIS experience with reporting and data skills
  • Flexibility and able to adapt readily to changing requirements and circumstances
  • Commercially focused
  • Attention to detail – ability to provide accurate information in the form of spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and letters.
  • Microsoft Office to an advanced level, advanced knowledge of Excel required
Preferred
  • Experience in a sole charge role in a medium sized organization
  • Experience of working in a multi-site environment
  • Workday experience highly preferred
