Job Description

The Senior Manager, Emerging Payments will lead the planning and execution of NA VCS' embedded payments and agentic commerce go-to-market (GTM) initiatives through targeted, high-impact strategic marketing and activation efforts. Orchestrating across both Visa and external partner teams, this role is responsible for supporting key enabler partnerships across ERPs, AR /AP providers and accounting platforms, and will help drive their commercialization globally. This role will also serve as a strategic advisor to clients and partners, helping them adopt agentic commerce use cases in partnership with the VCS global product team. It blends strategic GTM planning with execution across partner activation, including compelling ways to communicate potential and realized value to clients.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD

Preferred experience in go-to-market, product commercialization, partner marketing, preferably in payments, fintech, SaaS platforms, or embedded financial services

Excellent track record in building and managing partner marketing programs on a global scale preferably in SaaS and fintech companies

Demonstrated results designing and implementing go-to-market efforts in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product teams, and with Partners

Excellent writing and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and compelling content for a diverse audience

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a builder mentality, exhibiting strong project management and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary range for this positionis $169,100.00 to $ 270,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
