About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Game Risk & Operations Analyst to join our team in Miami Beach or London. This is a behind-the-scenes operational role focused on monitoring player activity, reviewing payments, and identifying fraudulent or irregular behaviour. You'll play a key part in protecting platform integrity, ensuring fair gameplay, and supporting secure payment processes.
If you're analytical, data-driven, and experienced in fraud, payments, or game integrity within iGaming, this role offers strong exposure to operational risk and investigative analysis.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Review and analyse flagged gameplay to detect irregular patterns such as collusion, bot activity, chip dumping, or advantage play
  • Investigate suspicious account activity including multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and account takeovers
  • Monitor and review withdrawals to ensure accurate and compliant processing
  • Investigate failed or high-risk transactions and mitigate chargeback exposure
  • Conduct risk assessments using internal tools and behavioural data
  • Prepare clear investigation reports and escalate findings where required
  • Support player reviews and ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with Payments, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to maintain operational efficiency

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in Payments, Fraud, Risk, or Operations within the iGaming industry
  • Strong understanding of payment flows, fraud indicators, and gameplay risk patterns
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Confidence reviewing large volumes of transactional and behavioural data
  • Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings or weekends
  • Experience conducting gameplay or game integrity reviews
  • Strong Excel or reporting skills
  • Familiarity with fraud monitoring or back-office systems
