Job description

Job Type: Hybrid/ Full-Time / Direct Hire

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 DOE/Benefits, Bonus, and Growth

Overseeing: Houston, TX and Savannah, GA locations

BBSI has partnered with a growing eCommerce organization to hire a driven Logistics Analyst to support high-volume B2B and B2C operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a logistics, supply chain, or 3PL professional ready to oversee end-to-end operations supporting major retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, Costco, and Target.

This role offers direct visibility to executive leadership, hands-on operational ownership, and strong long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily 3PL operations, ensuring SOP compliance, KPI performance, and fulfillment efficiency
  • Manage inbound container flow, drayage coordination, and inventory movement
  • Support outbound shipping performance to meet retailer SLA requirements
  • Monitor retailer compliance, routing guides, and vendor portal accuracy to reduce chargebacks
  • Conduct process audits, inventory assessments, and weekly performance reviews
  • Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize speed and efficiency
  • Oversee returns processing and packaging inventory management

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of logistics, warehouse, 3PL, and eCommerce operations experience
  • Experience supporting major retail or marketplace accounts (Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Target preferred)
  • Strong Excel, reporting, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of freight, drayage, ocean shipping, or ERP systems (MS Dynamics a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
