About the Role
Zonar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to support our Manufacturing and Fulfillment Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, configuring and assembling products, managing inventory, and preparing shipments to ensure seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, values quality and efficiency, and is committed to maintaining operational excellence while contributing to continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Configure and assemble products according to customer and operational requirements.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy, completeness, and product integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines and fulfillment goals.
  • Utilize fulfillment tools and systems to support order processing and inventory management.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve fulfillment issues and discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following company safety standards.
