Senior Product Associate In Embedded Finance And Solutions

Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. As a valued member of the team, you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on our products and customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
  • Support commercialization efforts by partnering with Strategy / Pricing / Analytics / Sales on market research and competitive analysis
  • Support GTM efforts by partnering with Sales / Marketing / Client Solutions to effectively manage prospects and existing relationships
  • Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
  • Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
  • Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, risk, controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Strong communication/presentation skills (i.e. creating content) that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiences
  • Operate with minimal guidance and oversight, capable of embracing ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure
  • Capable of completing thorough analyses and providing actionable recommendations to management, guiding strategic decisions and outlining clear path forward
  • Skilled in distilling complex concepts and ideas into client-friendly language and materials
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
  • Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Be a persuasive negotiator and thrive in a high intensity environment
  • Proven ability as a strategic thinker with a track record of conducting independent market research analysis to drive informed decision making
  • Ability to rapidly understand emerging technologies and business models / naturally see commercial opportunities
  • Resourcefulness to filter a large number of opportunities into the most impactful engagements
  • Knowledge of emerging financial services technologies with a key emphasis on APIs, private labeling, SaaS models, and design thinking practices
  • Understanding of the global payments industry
  • Undergraduate degree required
