Ready to lead a high-performing electrical team and drive operational success? As the Electrical Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring reliability and efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you'll take ownership of electrical maintenance activities-installing, troubleshooting, and repairing critical equipment-all while driving safety, quality, and performance standards. This is your chance to combine technical expertise with leadership excellence and help shape a culture of safety and innovation.

The life of an Electrical Supervisor includes:

  • Facilitate and promote a safe and positive working environment for all employees under your direction.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and open communication to your team while identifying opportunities to reduce downtime and repair costs.
  • Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and maintenance objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Train and mentor employees, design work schedules, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Document and schedule predictive, preventative, and corrective equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate electrical work execution and collaborate with other maintenance teams to minimize unscheduled downtime.
  • Order parts and materials as needed and prepare reports for management.

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
  • 10+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician with specialized skills in PLCs.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in lumber manufacturing is considered an asset.
