Commercial Electrical Project Manager

Location: South Florida (Broward to Indian River County)
Job Type: Full-time | In-person

About the Opportunity:
GrowNScale is seeking a highly capable and experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead ground-up and interior buildout projects throughout South Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and is ready to take full ownership of projects from planning through closeout.

Commercial Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects
Coordinate field labor, materials, schedules, and inspections
Track budgets, forecasts, and profitability
Communicate clearly with clients, GCs, and vendors
Oversee submittals, RFIs, and documentation compliance
Support and collaborate with field superintendents and foremen

Commercial Electrical Project Manager Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical project management experience
Strong knowledge of NEC, construction timelines, and workflow
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Work Territory: Broward County through Indian River County
