Electrical Project Manager – Commercial Construction


We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial electrical construction and experience managing complex ground-up projects such as healthcare, data centers, multifamily, office, industrial, or mixed-use developments. This individual must be capable of leading teams, coordinating field operations, and driving project execution in fast-paced environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle electrical construction projects
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Maintain schedules, safety, and quality standards
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and client communication
