What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of renewables contracts and clients, supporting commercial performance and ensuring excellent customer service throughout project lifecycles, including: Managing renewables customer accounts as the primary point of contact for operational and commercial matters Producing quotations for variations, remedials, upgrades, and additional works Coordinating with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to deliver accurate and commercially robust proposals Managing customer escalations and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally Supporting smooth handover from quotation through to project delivery Monitoring contract performance, commercial performance, and operational KPIs Identifying opportunities for organic business growth within existing accounts Maintaining accurate CRM records, quotations, approvals, and contract documentation What We're Looking For Proven experience in Contracts Management, Commercial Management, or Account Management within renewables, M&E, electrical, utilities, or FM sectors Strong experience managing quotations, variations, and change control processes Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills Commercially aware with a strong understanding of margins, scope control, and contract performance Experience working alongside delivery teams and project managers Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Competent using Microsoft 365 and CRM systems Full UK driving licence Desirable experience includes: Knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, EV infrastructure, or renewable O&M activities Familiarity with NEC, JCT, or FIDIC contract frameworks Understanding of RAMS, permits, and safe systems of work What's in It for You.
