JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for cost estimating, progress budgeting, change order pricing, cost forecasting including monthly projections.
Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must possess a working knowledge of the electrical trade with a minimum of 5 years' experience as an electrical project manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establishment of project estimates and management of cost.
  • Project submittal process, including submission, approvals, and release of approvals.
  • Day to day interaction with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Responsible for all job-related costs including procurement of major materials and equipment.
  • Monitoring of all job-related costs, including but not limited to, labor, rental equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Understanding of the Company's financial software systems, including but not limited to Spectrum, and other software utilized by the Everus companies.
  • Understanding of ACCUBID estimating software.
  • Monthly cost analysis.
  • This position is required to drive.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
