Electrical Supervisor

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical operations across our production lines. This role is responsible for driving productivity, ensuring high-quality installations, and maintaining safe, efficient workflows while leading a team of electricians in a high-volume manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical teams across production lines (rough and finish electrical)

• Drive daily production targets, ensuring schedule adherence and labor efficiency

• Maintain workflow and eliminate bottlenecks to support continuous line movement

• Ensure all electrical work meets NEC standards and VBC quality expectations

• Utilize computer systems effectively (ACC, Excel, Smartsheet required)

• Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture on the floor

• Train, coach, and develop electricians and team members

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth module completion

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce rework


Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience (construction or manufacturing preferred)

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and code compliance

• Ability to read blueprints and electrical layouts

• Experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment is a plus
