RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL INSTALLER

ROUGH CREW

We are seeking a skilled Residential Electrical Installer to join our Rough Crew team. This role is responsible for installing electrical rough and finish systems in new construction homes in compliance with local and NEC codes.


Responsibilities:

  • Install electrical wiring and systems in new residential construction
  • Install conduits and piping to house electrical cables and wires
  • Ensure all work meets local and NEC electrical codes
  • Install circuit breakers, outlets, and electrical hardware
  • Test systems to ensure safe and proper operation
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for accurate wire placement
  • Replace conduit, wiring, or breakers as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years leading a residential new construction crew
  • Ability to install boxes, wiring, devices, lighting, breakers, and equipment per code
  • Must provide own hand tools and power tools
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Must be able to speak and understand English
  • Completion of an apprenticeship and valid electrician’s license preferred
