  • ServiceNow OSS Platform Experience with ServiceNow OSS platform TSM and TSOM
  • Distributed Systems Knowledge of distributed systems concepts and architectures including microservices serviceoriented architectures and RESTful APIs
  • Cloud Computing Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies including containerization Kubernetes and cloudnative architectures
  • Telecommunications Understanding of telecommunications concepts and technologies including satellitebased connectivity systems
  • Network Management Experience with network management and monitoring tools including network management protocols
  • API Management Experience with managing APIs and API gateways including knowledge of API security throttling caching and monitoring
  • Data Analytics Knowledge of data analytics concepts and tools including data warehousing data visualization and machine learning
  • Observability and Maintainability Understanding of best practices for building observable and maintainable systems including the use of logging monitoring and ing tools
  • Mediation experience Experience with B2B and billing
  • Agile Development Experience in Agile development processes CICD and related tools such as Jira GitLab Jenkins and Confluence
  • Design Reviews Experience organizing leading and approving design reviews and test plan reviews
