Job Summary

This is not a standard electrician job. The role is intended for a licensed electrical professional who wants to take on a leadership position in building and scaling a new electrical services business from the ground up.

The opportunity is designed for someone who wants influence in operations, decision-making, and long-term business growth-potentially including ownership participation. No financial investment is required.

What You'll Do

  • Lead electrical work on residential and light commercial projects

  • Make sure all work follows electrical codes and passes inspections

  • Handle permits and site inspections

  • Help estimate jobs and plan projects

  • Help create simple systems for how jobs are scheduled and completed

  • Work with the business team to grow the company

  • Licensed Electrical Contractor or Master Electrician
