About the role
We are looking to add a Miner Maintenance Supervisor to our growing Miner Maintenance Team. The Miner Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mining operations. In this position, you will oversee a team of maintenance technicians responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mining equipment and systems. Your focus will be on minimizing downtime, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring all work meets safety and operational standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position will directly over see our Miner Maintenance Team at our Corsicana, TX location. The scheduled shift for this role is Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
What you'll be doing
  • Receive direction from the Miner Maintenance Manager and distribute workflows to maintenance teams to support daily operations.
  • Develop SOPs, training materials, and onboarding documentation to accelerate new hire ramp-up and improve overall team consistency.
  • Oversee onsite contractor activity, including assigning work, tracking progress, and escalating issues or failures as needed.
  • Maintain accurate SOX-compliant inventory records for miners, including settings, hash rate, and repair status.
  • Support employee relations and disciplinary guidance for supervisors while also participating in on-call rotation for large-scale mining failures and recovery efforts.
  • Manage procurement activities by submitting and approving purchase orders and ensuring proper tracking for Miner Maintenance spend.
  • Support hiring efforts for Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians by providing interview input and candidate evaluation feedback.
  • Drive operational performance improvements by researching and implementing repair best practices, coordinating external training, supervising new miner commissioning, and collaborating with software teams to improve internal tools.

What you'll have
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to bring attention clearly and promptly to any major errors in the Data Center that involve the Miner Maintenance team.
  • Basic tool use and computer literacy required, with experience in computer troubleshooting and repair.
  • High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience.
  • PCB repair certifications a plus.

Physical requirements and work environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed (50 pounds)
  • Ability to work onsite in a mining or data center environment (heat, noise, etc.)
  • Exposure to high noise levels and varying temperatures

  • PPE & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all site safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots).
  • Hazard Awareness: Proactively identify, report, and mitigate potential workplace hazards or unsafe conditions.
  • Standards: Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety training.
  • Organization: Keep all work areas clean and free of obstructions to prevent workplace accidents.
