**Job Title: Lead Electrician**

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Electrician to join our dynamic team. The Lead Electrician will be responsible for managing electrical projects, supervising teams of electricians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing technical expertise. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan, execute, and oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of electrical systems and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC) and all relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to maintain system reliability.
