Summary:
In this role, you will implement and support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and integration solutions. You will build, support, and troubleshoot EDI and API-based integrations using Boomi and other eCommerce-related applications across trading partner, ERP, and procure-to-pay environments. You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and trading partners to deliver scalable integration solutions supporting Vizient's eCommerce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
  • Technical implementation of trading partners' EDI to Vizient's eCommerce solutions leveraging Boomi.
  • Design, configure, develop, enhance, test, deliver, and debug EDI related maps, integrations, and processes.
  • Develop and support API integrations, data transformations, and web service integrations.
  • Develop, implement, and follow best practices as it relates to integrating and supporting trading partners.
  • Establish and support trading partner connectivity to Vizient eCommerce systems utilizing AS2, SFTP, and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, mapping errors, transaction issues, and connectivity problems across EDI and API workflows.
  • Collaborate with trading partners, software vendors, and Vizient internal departments to successfully implement and support Vizient's eCommerce solutions.
  • Create reusable integration patterns and support best practices for process design, exception handling, monitoring, and support.
  • Provide Tier-2 support and 24/7 EDI support as-needed on a rotation for Vizient's eCommerce Exchange.

Qualifications:
  • 5 or more years of related EDI and integration experience is required.
  • Experience developing maps, integrations, and processes in Boomi or similar integration platforms is required.
  • Experience with Boomi AtomSphere is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of communication protocols such as AS2 and SFTP is required.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard EDI transactions including 810, 850, 855, 856, and 832 is highly preferred.
  • Experience with XML, JSON, EDI, and flat file mapping is required.
  • Experience implementing REST and SOAP web services is required.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Groovy is required.
  • Experience integrating with ERP platforms such as Workday, Oracle, Infor, or similar systems is preferred.
  • Boomi Associate Developer certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare procure-to-pay processes, supply chain integrations, or eCommerce environments is a plus.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.
