About the Role

Talent Groups is seeking an EDI Developer to support and enhance critical EDI integrations for a growing transportation and logistics organization. This role will focus on EDI development, mapping, transaction processing, troubleshooting, and integration support across business systems and partner networks.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC), EDI mapping, SQL Server, and X12/XML transactions. Experience within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and support EDI integrations and data exchange processes.
  • Create and maintain EDI maps, business rules, and transaction workflows.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI communications using Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC).
  • Support onboarding and testing of customers, vendors, and trading partners.
  • Monitor EDI transactions and resolve production issues and integration errors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support integration requirements.
  • Maintain project timelines, service levels, and delivery commitments.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and mapping specifications.
  • Stay current on EDI standards and integration best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of EDI development, integration, and support experience.
  • Strong hands on experience with Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC).
  • Experience developing and supporting EDI mappings and integrations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience with X12 and XML transaction processing.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Transportation, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
