Job Description:

Position Summary:

The EDI Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations across the organization's enterprise technology ecosystem. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and trading partners to ensure seamless B2B connectivity and data accuracy across supply chain, finance, logistics, and order management functions.

The EDI Analyst operates within ERP environments including Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Oracle Fusion, leveraging platforms such as TrueCommerce to support integration workflows and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in EDI analysis, integration, or a related role.
  • Working knowledge of EDI standards including ANSI X12 transaction sets (850, 855, 856, 810, 997, etc.) and EDIFACT.
  • Experience with EDI communication protocols: AS2, SFTP, VAN, and/or API-based methods.
  • Hands-on experience with TrueCommerce EDI platform or comparable EDI middleware (SPS Commerce, DiCentral, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 F&O, or Oracle Fusion.
