Role Summary

We are seeking a senior Data & Analytics Consulting Partner who can engage as a trusted advisor to client CDOs/CDAOs and executive leadership teams to shape enterprise-wide Data & Analytics strategies, define transformation roadmaps, and drive large-scale consulting and business opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) with strong strategic consulting, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Partner with client CDOs/CDAOs and CXOs to define enterprise Data & Analytics vision, strategy, and transformation roadmap.
  • Shape and drive large multi-million-dollar Data & Analytics opportunities from presales through solutioning and strategic advisory engagements.
  • Develop compelling point-of-view documents, solution approaches, proposals, and executive presentations.
  • Define scalable Data and Technology architectures across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
  • Recommend appropriate platforms, tools, and architectural patterns aligned with customer objectives and business context.
  • Lead architecture reviews, transformation discussions, and strategic workshops with customer and internal teams.
  • Assess customer data maturity, identify gaps, and define actionable improvement strategies across data management, governance, integration, warehousing, and analytics.
  • Drive business outcome-focused transformation initiatives and multi-year modernization programs.
  • Collaborate with sales, presales, delivery, and practice teams to position TCS capabilities and expand business opportunities.
  • Represent TCS in executive forums, customer workshops, industry events, and strategic discussions.
Required Qualifications
  • 13+ years of experience with at least 10 years in Data & Analytics consulting, advisory, presales, or practice leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in Data Strategy, Data Architecture, Analytics Transformation, and Roadmap definition.
  • Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain is mandatory.
  • Experience engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders including CDOs, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and other CXOs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, cloud ecosystems, data governance, integration, and analytics solutions.
  • Proven ability to shape and influence large transformation deals and strategic programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-centric and outcome-driven mindset.
