  • Lead acquisition and growth strategies for new Ecommerce clients
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms)
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear actions
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and automation teams
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels (paid media, email, CRO, retention)
  • Lead client communication related to Ecommerce strategy and performance
  • Test, iterate, and scale what works
  • Take full ownership of results and continuously push performance forward

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing / digital marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce or digital marketing for Ecommerce brands
  • Strong experience managing paid media for Ecommerce (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and Ecommerce metrics
  • Comfortable owning strategy, execution, and results

Bonus Points For:
  • Experience managing multiple Ecommerce clients or accounts
  • Familiarity with CRO tools, analytics platforms, and dashboards
  • Experience scaling Ecommerce brands or launching new accounts
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience collaborating with automation, CRM, or performance teams
  • Experience using AI-powered tools or platforms to optimize Ecommerce performance (marketing, personalization, reporting, or operations)

What You'll Get
  • Competitive salary.
  • Performance-based bonuses.
  • Health benefits.
  • Paid time off.
  • Company laptop and tools.
