York Employment is currently hiring for a E-Commerce Manager in the city of Ontario. Managing the Sales and E-Commerce for the Account. (Remote position) Responsible for the Amazon Account and is responsible for the end-to-end management the store brands.

Position Summary

The E-Commerce Manager oversees distribution center operations and marketing activities to ensure efficient fulfillment, strong inventory control, and business growth. This role combines operational leadership with marketing strategy, including advertising, promotions, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Distribution

  • Manage daily distribution center operations, including inventory control, product flow, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure accurate item setup, inventory accuracy, and timely shipments.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and resolve operational issues.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain compliance standards and required documentation.
  • Track operational performance and prepare reports for leadership.

Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan and execute marketing and advertising campaigns to drive sales.
  • Manage promotional activities, product launches, and digital advertising efforts.
