We are actively seeking an eCommerce Marketplace Specialist to join our team.
*This is a hybrid role, with our office located in Dedham, MA.*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The eCommerce Marketplace Specialist will support the growth and performance of AliMed's eCommerce and marketplace channels, with a primary focus on Amazon marketplace management and optimization. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day Amazon Marketplace activities, including, but not limited to, product listings, merchandising, pricing coordination, and performance monitoring, while identifying opportunities to improve visibility, conversion, and sales performance across the channel.
In addition, this role will support website campaigns and initiatives designed to improve customer engagement and drive online revenue. Working closely with the Digital Marketing & eCommerce team, they will help execute campaign and optimization initiatives across both marketplaces and eCommerce channels, while collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management and Sales.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, execution-focused, and comfortable balancing marketplace management with broader eCommerce support initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage day-to-day Amazon Marketplace operations, including product listing creation and maintenance, content optimization and merchandising, inventory and buy box monitoring, pricing analysis and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Amazon visibility, conversion, and overall sales performance.
  • Monitor Amazon marketplace performance metrics and provide reporting, insights, and recommendations.
  • Support expansion of Amazon assortment, promotional initiatives, and inventory reduction opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product content, pricing, and operational alignment across listings.
  • Stay informed on Amazon marketplace trends, policies, and best practices to support ongoing channel optimization.
  • Support website campaigns and promotional initiatives designed to drive engagement and online revenue.
  • Assist in coordinating website campaigns aligned with eCommerce and business priorities.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing Specialist and team to align campaign execution with traffic-driving initiatives.
  • Monitor marketplace and website performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Assist in identifying areas of opportunity to improve customer engagement, website revenue, and marketplace sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Digital UX Lead on customer journey and optimization-related initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Management and Sales team to support marketplace and eCommerce initiatives.
  • Help coordinate execution of digital priorities across multiple stakeholders.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in eCommerce, online marketplaces, or related digital commerce roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or other online marketplace platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with product information management (PIM) systems, including experience with or exposure to tools such as Salsify.
  • Experience supporting digital campaigns across eCommerce and marketplace channels.
  • Understanding of performance metrics, engagement trends, and online sales optimization strategies.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting platforms such as GA4, Power BI, or marketplace reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and eCommerce & Digital Marketing teams.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
