Position Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Brand Development team leading our growing Ecommerce business. You will develop Gorton's multi-year Ecommerce strategy, ensure a best-in-class digital shelf, and work cross-functionally and with multiple agency partners while driving the business forward for future growth.

What you'll do:
  • Lead Gorton's Ecommerce business, including multi-year strategy development & execution, content creation, and monthly business analysis
  • Partner with agencies to develop best-in-class Ecommerce content, staying abreast of the requirements within the rapidly evolving digital space
  • Own syndication for Gorton's Ecommerce content across our digital shelf, working within platforms such as Salsify, Syndigo, and others to ensure published content across Ecomm platforms is accurately reflected
  • Conduct monthly in-depth business analysis; present findings and recommendations to Senior Leadership
  • Serve as the lead for Gorton's website (including our Merch store), working in partnership with external agency to ensure its optimization
  • Conduct regular reviews of retailer scorecards and lead the development of recommended action plans, collaborating with Sales to address identified issues
  • Serve as Marketing lead for various Ecommerce customers (i.e. Instacart, Amazon)

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree level education or higher, MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of work experience in CPG brand management, digital marketing or Ecommerce content role
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic skills: ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strongly desired: experience working within platforms such as Salsify, Syndigo, NIQ BrandBank, Profitero, SupplierOne, Vendor Central, and Circana
  • Last, but not least: a positive attitude and desire to work alongside some pretty fantastic people!

Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization.
Pay Range: $80,640 - $100,800/Annual
