What you´ll do
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with professional distributor partners to drive revenue, market share, and profitable growth.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with eCommerce distributors and serve as the primary liaison between customer digital teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the eCommerce channel in business planning discussions and align promotional, content, and activation calendars with distributor partners.
  • Drive digital shelf excellence through optimized content, search visibility, online merchandising, promotions, and reviews.
  • Execute and support digital growth initiatives across paid media, CRM, social, and other eCommerce activation channels.
  • Own content syndication through Syndigo, acting as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for internal and external partners.
  • Monitor eCommerce performance and market trends, leveraging insights to identify growth opportunities and improve business results.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Brand, and Education teams to develop engaging, stylist-relevant digital content strategies.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of eCommerce sales, digital commerce, or eCommerce marketing experience; beauty industry experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Syndigo or other eCommerce content syndication platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

The salary range for this role is $85,000.00 and $100,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.  The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
