The Operations Coordinator supports cross-functional business operations, project execution, inventory management, and marketplace initiatives to drive organizational efficiency and revenue growth. This role partners closely with Merchandising, E-Commerce, Operations, and external partners to ensure seamless execution across digital and operational channels.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a creative and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for detail with a clear sense of the big picture.
This is a hybrid position based at our Los Angeles HQ, working in-office Monday through Thursday. The role reports to the Director of E-Commerce, Marketplaces.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal reporting related to sales, demand, inventory, and operational performance.
  • Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and operational risks.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead product setup, asset management, and digital merchandising updates.
  • Assist in the execution of marketplace launches and promotional campaigns to support customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiencies across multiple business functions.
  • Support marketplace expansion initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with company standards.
  • Coordinate sample sale and flash sale operational activities, ensuring brand standards and execution excellence.
  • Support communication with external vendors, developers, and partners to maintain project timelines and operational standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations, ideally within fashion, marketing, or a digitally-native brand environment
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and NetSuite is a strong plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage competing deadlines, and stay detail-oriented under pressure
  • A quick learner who is comfortable navigating complex back-end platforms and adapting to new tools and systems
  • Clear and confident communicator - both written and verbal - with a collaborative, team-first mindset

Benefits & Perks
  • Work/Life Balance: Enjoy flexible work schedules, generous paid time off, and additional summer days to recharge and reset.
  • Wellness: We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage-with ANINE BING covering a significant portion of the cost. Our benefits extend to your family and include a generous parental leave program.
  • Style Perks: Enjoy a generous employee discount and seasonal wardrobe allotments-so you can live the brand, not just represent it.
