Job description

Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, and The Bar Method, is seeking a Manager, e-Commerce Operations & Analytics to join its team. The Manager, e-Commerce Operations & Analytics is responsible for e-Commerce operations supporting the legacy SEB brands on Adobe Commerce (Magento), with a strong focus on data, technology, order management, analytics, and continuous improvement.
This role will be fully capable of supporting core Adobe Commerce e-Commerce responsibilities-including product setup, promotions, platform operations, technology issue management, and vendor coordination-while serving as the team's primary analytical and operational problem-solver.
The role will also develop working knowledge of BigCommerce to provide backup support, share best practices, and strengthen overall e-Commerce capabilities and business continuity.


Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)

Adobe Commerce (Magento) Operations

  • Support day-to-day e-Commerce operations for legacy SEB brands on Adobe Commerce.
  • Manage and provide backup coverage for product setup, promotions, catalog updates, and site operations.
  • Develop deep expertise in Adobe Commerce and related technologies and processes.
  • Partner with BDA, IT, and third-party vendors to investigate and resolve technology and operational issues.
  • Support system testing, enhancements, implementations, and platform improvements.

Data, Analytics & Order Management

  • Serve as the primary analytical resource for e-Commerce.
  • Lead Order Management reporting, analysis, projects, and process improvements.
  • Build dashboards, models, and exception reporting to proactively identify issues.
  • Analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead FedEx shipping and delivery analytics.
  • Develop and monitor key operational KPIs.

AI & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across e-Commerce and Supply Chain.
  • Automate manual reporting and recurring processes.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, platform performance, and the franchisee experience.

BigCommerce Partnership & Business Continuity

  • Partner closely with the Manager, e-Commerce - BigCommerce to develop working knowledge of BigCommerce operations and processes.
  • Provide backup support for BigCommerce during absences, peak periods, or critical business needs.
  • Share best practices, analytics, tools, and process improvements across platforms.
  • Strengthen overall e-Commerce coverage and reduce single points of failure.

Projects & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, IT, Product, Marketing, Finance, BDA, FedEx, and third-party vendors.
  • Lead operational, analytical, and technology projects across e-Commerce and Supply Chain.
  • Take ownership of issues and projects and drive them through completion.
  • Support additional priorities and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong e-Commerce operational experience with the ability to manage detailed day-to-day platform responsibilities.
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and a passion for working with data.
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause-analysis capabilities.
  • Technically curious and able to quickly learn new platforms, systems, and processes.
  • Adobe Commerce/Magento experience preferred; BigCommerce experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP, Order Management, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, organized, and accountable.
  • Strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Flexible and willing to step in when critical operational issues arise.
  • Collaborative team player who values shared knowledge and accountability.

Salary Range: $80k - $90k
