Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Operations amp; Reporting Specialist with hands-on experience managing Amazon and eBay marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day eCommerce operations, sales and inventory reporting, and working within eCommerce management software to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support product listings, orders, and performance on Amazon and eBay
  • Monitor sales, inventory levels, pricing, and order flow across marketplaces
  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate data within eCommerce management software
  • Assist with inventory updates, SKU maintenance, and data cleanup
  • Identify discrepancies in sales, inventory, or listings and resolve issues
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy
  • Collaborate with operations, inventory, and management teams as needed

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Amazon and eBay eCommerce accounts
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Experience using eCommerce management software
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
