Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Operations amp; Reporting Specialist with hands-on experience managing Amazon and eBay marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day eCommerce operations, sales and inventory reporting, and working within eCommerce management software to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support product listings, orders, and performance on Amazon and eBay
- Monitor sales, inventory levels, pricing, and order flow across marketplaces
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel
- Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate data within eCommerce management software
- Assist with inventory updates, SKU maintenance, and data cleanup
- Identify discrepancies in sales, inventory, or listings and resolve issues
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with operations, inventory, and management teams as needed
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Amazon and eBay eCommerce accounts
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Experience using eCommerce management software
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with large datasets and reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management and forecasting
- Familiarity with eCommerce KPIs and performance metrics
- Experience creating automated or standardized reporting
