As a Shopify Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify online store. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to enhance the user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive online sales. This role requires an understanding of Shopify's features and capabilities, as well as knowledge of ecommerce best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify online store, including product listing, inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the user experience on the website, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive conversion rates and increase sales.
  • Monitor website performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and overall website performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the online shopping experience.
