The Merchandise Operations Coordinator maximizes company sales growth and profitability by creating efficiencies in the organization through accurate and timely management of item and purchase order data.

This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

A day in the life as a Merchandise Operations Coordinator...

  • Execute SKU set up and maintenance for a category of products including product development samples, photo samples and production SKU

  • Create vendor purchase orders and manage all order related vendor communication

  • Own vendor collaboration for purchase order changes including timely communication with Planning teams to meet ship dates and inventory needs

  • Prioritize, analyze, and execute SKU and PO creation as assigned and communicated by cross-functional teams

  • Timely management of data integrity to support and enable accurate sales tracking and reporting

  • Standardize processes and data elements

  • Facilitate and troubleshoot data integrity issues and manage escalation to business and IT stakeholder
