We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Operations Coordinator to support our Merchandising team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product data accuracy, supporting sample management, and assisting with execution across product development, photography, and showroom readiness. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of product, data, and operations.
Position Overview
The Product Operations & Data Coordinator supports merchandising operations by maintaining accurate product data, assisting with sample tracking, and helping execute seasonal product launches. This role enables Brand Managers to operate efficiently by supporting day-to-day operational needs with strong attention to detail and organization.
Key Responsibilities
Product Data & Systems Support
  • Support item setup in our product management systems and sales platforms with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Maintain product specifications, descriptions, and data integrity across systems
  • Ensure alignment between systems, catalogs, and sales tools
  • Perform regular review and maintenance of sales platforms' data
  • Support seasonal product setup timelines
  • Prepare selling recaps and business summaries for Brand Managers and leadership

Pre-Line & Sales Support
  • Assist with pre-line development packages
  • Prepare and clean product images prior to loading into applications
  • Support line sheet creation and updates
  • Maintain sales platforms catalog accuracy
  • Assist sales team with product readiness and information requests

Product Development Support
  • Assist with sample ordering and tracking
  • Support communication of product updates
  • Help ensure samples are ready for photography
  • Track and organize samples throughout the product lifecycle

Assortment & Market Support
  • Research competitive landscape and share findings
  • Support assortment analysis with data organization and reporting

Showroom & Market Execution
  • Support showroom merchandising and setup
  • Ensure samples are organized and presentation-ready
  • Assist with tradeshow preparation and execution

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, product operations, retail, or data support preferred
  • Interest in fashion, footwear, or consumer products
  • Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and merchandising systems
  • Experience with ERP, such as OMS, Excel, RepSpark, or similar tools preferred
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle, merchandising, or retail processes is a plus
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies in data and proactively flag issues
