Job description

Position Title: E-Commerce Support Coordinator

Jimmy Jazz, leading fashion specialty retailer of apparel street wear, shoes and accessories in North America, and an Internet Retailer 500 company, has an immediate opening for an E-Commerce Promotions Coordinator at our Direct (eCommerce) headquarters located in Secaucus, NJ, just 5 miles from New York City, NY.

The Support Coordinator works closely with E-Commerce teams and departments including merchandising, web development, creative, and digital marketing. This position is primarily responsible for the planning, execution, and communication of all collections pages & promotions running in the E-Commerce channel, and will be involved in strategic planning with merchandisers and buyers. Candidate will also be responsible to executing additional tasks pertaining to the web content and catalog management.

What we're looking for:

  • Outstanding prioritization, organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • A pleasant, friendly individual that is task oriented with the ability to work independently, but can collaborate with others.
  • Detail and accuracy focused, and willing to build a long-term relationship with the company.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Execute onsite promotions across internal and external teams and ensure all requirements and assets are delivered on time; including written content and promotion details and fine print.
  • Experience with executing and testing rules based promotions, including one-time and multi-use promotion codes.
  • Participate and influence the promotional calendar reflecting approved list of marketing campaigns and corresponding promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain relationship with third party marketing agency to ensure 3,000+ affiliate websites up-to-date in terms of promotional content, copy, and timing.
  • Work with marketing to plan, produce, and execute campaigns to be applied to homepage, category pages, brand pages, and custom landing pages.
  • Produce style and listing landing pages to be merchandised and featured within Email, Homepage, and Category pages
  • Regularly monitor, report, and optimize onsite search analytics.

Job Requirements:
