Handling the posting of product information, graphics, pricing, promotions, and assisting with customer service. This role involves analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to increase revenue. This position works closely with Technical Services, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. This position is essential for businesses to grow our digital presence.
  • Adhere to both RPC and Thru Tubing Solutions policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to both industry and company safety policies.
  • Maintain a percentage of 90% of classroom and online training with goal of 100%.
  • E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an ecommerce platform. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Responsible for entering and updating product information on the ecommerce platform. Ensuring that product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Proficient with technical writing to facilitate effective communication, ensuring that users can comprehend and apply the information provided.
  • Develop long-term strategies to drive growth and improve profitability.
  • Designs and implement technical solutions to support the online business.
  • Interprets and reads engineering drawings, company and customer specifications to ensure accurate part information.
