What You'll Do

  • Optimize Systems: Partner with clinical, IT, quality, and finance teams to improve EMR workflows and outputs.
  • Manage Projects: Lead EMR initiatives from start to finish on time and within budget.
  • Test and Update: Oversee software updates and run thorough testing procedures.
  • Track and Report: Monitor project progress, manage risks, and update agency leaders.
  • Support Users: Triage IT tickets and managing demands based on agency priorities.
  • Train Staff: Design training materials, lead workshops, and educate team members.
  • Plan Strategy: Help shape future EMR enhancements and agency goals.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Expertise in EMR/EHR Systems: Proven experience administering, configuring, and optimizing electronic medical records, ideally within behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare sectors.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
  • Three to five (3-5) years' experience in healthcare operations or a related field preferred.
  • Behavioral Health clinical experience preferred.
