Sales Manager, Printing and Mailing Services
Job Summary: CareCloud is seeking a driven, growth-oriented Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our Printing & Mailing business unit. This is a quota-carrying, hunter-oriented role responsible for growing revenue and expanding CareCloud's printing and mailing services footprint across both healthcare and non-healthcare markets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships within the existing client base.
CareCloud operates an AI Center of Excellence, and we expect every member of our team to embrace artificial intelligence as a core part of how they work. The successful candidate will bring a demonstrable interest in - and hands-on proficiency with - AI tools such as Claude to research accounts, build proposals and sales presentations, prepare opportunity memos, and analyze competitive positioning. An AI-first mindset is not optional; it is central to how this role operates and will be evaluated during the interview process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
  • Grow the Printing & Mailing business unit by identifying and closing new business opportunities across both healthcare and non-healthcare verticals.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share, increase revenue, and deepen penetration within existing accounts.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, moving opportunities from initial contact through close.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor on printing, mailing, and related fulfillment solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing to prospective and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, marketing, and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
  • Meet or exceed established revenue and growth targets.
  • Represent CareCloud at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate account research, proposal development, and competitive analysis.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, drive sales, and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a growth-focused environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory or book of business.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with AI tools (such as Claude) is required and will be evaluated during the interview process. Candidates should be prepared to show how they use AI to prepare sales work product.
  • Strong computer background, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; a major in business or a related field is preferred, though all majors will be considered.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong aptitude and willingness to learn is essential.
  • Experience or interest in printing, mailing, or business services is a plus.

Work Location:In-office, 5 days per week - CareCloud's Office, Somerset, NJ
Travel Requirements:Up to 25% (client visits, industry events, trade shows)
Compensation:
  • Base compensation of $55,000 to $60,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives of up to $100,000 per year.
