Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative will work cooperatively with marketing, sales, and other members of the sales organization to generate new business opportunities and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and qualify inbound demo requests, converting into sales-accepted opportunities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social outreach (LinkedIn)
  • Leverage HubSpot for sales management and prospecting, logging all activity including phone calls, appointments, emails, and other interactions with target accounts
  • Maintain good quality lead hygiene within HubSpot
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and other internal teams to generate pipeline
  • Research accounts and identify key decision makers
  • Expected to achieve high activity rates on a daily basis
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas
  • Attend sales meetings concerning targets, forecasts, and market updates
  • Participate fully in training sessions, meetings, and professional development

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone presence and sales personality
  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment; team player

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or technology-related industry
  • Relevant experience in an SDR or inside sales role
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving goals in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Experience with internal and external audits, examiners, and managing remediation plans
  • Preferred - Healthcare technology knowledge and Experience selling to physician practices or hospitals
