CareCloud is recruiting for an experienced Product Designer to join our award-winning team.

This is an individual contributor role that will have high visibility in the organization. The successful candidate will be a responsible for full product design lifecycle, from concept inception through the product’s final launch. This is a very strategic role that combines amazing visual communication and problem solving. The position will be based either in Miami or Boston offices, depending on the selected candidate’s state of residence and will report to Lead UX Designer and Information Architect.

KEY ABILITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience as a User Experience Designer participating in the complete product development lifecycle of successfully launched web and/or software applications
  • Soliciting and harmonizing feedback from all internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in developing system diagrams, site architectures, and user flows
  • A strong balance of creativity and technical prowess
  • Experience in all phases of web design and development
  • Ability to combine user goals and business goals to create a viable user experience
  • Superb information design abilities, efficient production and optimization habits, and problem solving skills
  • Expert Adobe Creative Suite skills, Sketch and other prototyping tools is a plus
  • Constant Learner and innovator
  • Strong communications and business sense
  • Able to make a case for design decisions
  • High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
  • A portfolio link of previous and current work demonstrating various successful projects is required
  • Visual design background preferred

  • Ability to provide rationale behind strategic, architectural, and design decisions and to disseminate information to both creative and technical teams
  • Always be an advocate for users, consistently defending their needs and wants
  • Keep pace with the latest perspectives on user experience and visual design
