Palm Health Resources is hiring 2 Cardiothoracic APP locum providers to cover CT Surgery shifts In Fond du Lac, WI!

Starting Date ASAP! Palm Health covers your mal practice insurance, paid housing, rental car and mileage! Duration of contract ongoing at least 2 weeks per month but varies!

This is a full continuum of care position with OR/ICU responsibilities.

Number of shifts needed per month? Two Thursday/Friday/Sat/Sun per month (Specific requests listed below)

Daily schedule? Weekday/8hr shift, Saturday/ 4hr rounding

Is call required/part of schedule? Night and/or weekend? On call on weekdays and through weekend- Low call intensity

Case mix (cardiac, vascular, lung/chest, trauma?) 75% Cardiac, Lung/chest 20%, Minimal Vascular and Trauma
