About the Role:

Join Elite Dermatology PLLC as a part-time Mohs Histotechnician and play a vital role in providing high-quality skin cancer care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, making a difference in patients' lives every day.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process tissue specimens for Mohs micrographic surgery.

Perform embedding, sectioning, and staining of tissue samples.

Maintain accurate records of specimens and laboratory procedures.

Collaborate with dermatologists to ensure timely and accurate results.

Adhere to safety and quality control protocols in the laboratory.

Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Contribute to a positive team environment and patient-centered care.

Requirements:

Certification as a Histotechnician or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in histology or a related field.
