ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-Commerce Drop Ship Coordinator to manage and grow our presence across major retail platforms like Target, Nordstrom, and Nordstrom Rack. In this role, you will own the full dropship operation by optimizing listings, managing inventory, coordinating with buying and production teams, and driving strategies that maximize revenue across all channels. This is perfect if you're a proactive, detail-obsessed multitasker with dropship and EDI experience who loves digging into data, collaborating across teams, and owning end-to-end operations across multiple retail platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages dropship operations across Target, Walmart, Amazon, Kohls, TikTok, Nordstrom, and Nordstrom Rack
  • Optimizes product listings, monitors inventory, and ensures compliance with each marketplace's standards
  • Plans OTB for one of our brands and manages available dates/months with leadership approval
  • Collaborates with buying, merchandising, and production teams to develop assortments based on market trends
  • Tracks sales performance, analyzes data, and adjusts strategies to maximize revenue and minimize returns
  • Ensures timely order fulfillment and resolves issues related to orders, returns, and customer feedback
  • Implements process improvements and conducts market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with 1+ year of experience in drop shipping, e-commerce merchandising, or supply chain management, preferably in fashion/apparel.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional agility when working with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace platforms (e.g., Target, Walmart, Amazon, Kohls).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation
  • Some experience with ACENDA and/or EDI is required.
