Job description

DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Responsibilities include: preparing, assembling, and packing raw and/or cooked food items in accordance with the specifications and USDA/FSA/HACCP standards. Perform job duties in a timely manner to ensure smooth and efficient production flow. Wash, clean, and cut raw food products in accordance with established Company and Customer procedures. Keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by LSG Sky Chefs and FDA/ USDA/HACCP and our customers. Maintain proper temperatures of all food products. Additional responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary. Must work safely following safety guidelines. JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Maintain excellent attendance/performance, and safety record Able to work around moving parts, wet floors, bend, reach, stoop, walk, and stand for an entire work shift as well as push 50 pounds with the use of a rolling cart and lift-up to 30 pounds. Use fingers and hands to handle equipment and delicate items. Must follow and understand customer specifications, and adapt to frequent changes in specifications and diagrams. You must be able to work, as a team to meet deadlines, be flexible, and have the ability and temperament to react to and implement changing priorities. Ability to work in a cold environment, a constant 38-40 degrees temperature for up to 8 hrswith appropriate insulated clothing You will need the ability to read/write/communicate in English. Applicants must commit to work in a 24/7 environment which may include nights, weekends, and holidays subject to change due to shift bidding. Must pass criminal background check, and drug screen
