At Country Lumber we provide expertise in many areas of the construction and building supply arena. Combining these synergies, Country Lumber offers a unique level of local service with global expertise and purchasing advantages. Country Lumber is Connecticut’s premier one-stop-shop for lumber, windows/doors, mill work and high-end design cabinetry. We are looking for a Yard Associate candidate who is willing to learn, grow and join our team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Building lumber orders for delivery
  • Safely operating a Forklift
  • Loading and offloading product onto trucks
  • Assisting customers in the yard
  • Filling in stock
  • Clean-up by keeping the yard clean and safe for employees
  • Quality Control
  • Learn and utilize RF Warehousing System

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • On-site in Thomaston, CT
